Pricing
Our philosophy is to provided the most competitive pricing possible compatible with our high quality standards. Translations are priced according to the final translated word count, the topic matter, and the complexity of any required formatting. To provide you a free estimate, please e-mail us or fax or post mail us the document(s) you need to translate.

Turnaround times
Turnaround time depends on the size of the job. As a guide, smaller jobs of 1,000 words or less are usually ready within 48 hrs.  For larger jobs, if assigned to one single translator, it will usually take an additional day for approximately every 2,500 additional words, plus the time required for proofreading by a separate editor. If special formatting or DTP processing is required, additional time may be required.

For bigger jobs with tight deadlines, the document may be split among a number of translators. The experienced editor assigned to the job will ensure that the finished translation's style and terminology is consistent throughout the document or set of documents.

Payment terms
For corporate clients with approved credit, our terms are 30 Days Net.  For new clients with no approved credit, a 50% deposit or credit card guarantee is required together with the signed purchase order.
